Refund policy

All sales are FINAL.
If you change your mind and want to cancel, you must cancel in writing by 4:00 pm CST the day after the order was placed. Any orders not cancelled within this time frame will not receive a refund or credit.
Our company is a third party designer and we are only granting access to the individual products offered. All items are custom ordered and ship directly to you from the manufacturer. We do not manufacture or ship products.
If damage occurs during shipping, or if an item arrives to you in a damaged state, you must immediately notify us in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery to report damage. It is your duty and responsibility to open and inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
We can not honor, and are not liable for, any refunds, credits, warranties, or claims other than the individual manufacturer's offerings, warranties, or policies extended on the item at issue.
Delayed shipments and backordered items are not subject to a refund. All items are custom ordered for you and we do not guarantee any shipping times or stock availability. Please contact us before ordering if you would like us to check with a specific item's manufacturer for current availability or lead times. Even if we check, it still does not guarantee availability. Availability and shipping times can only be confirmed once an order is processed. Manufacturers control and can change lead times and availability even after an order is fully processed on our end. Items are not confirmed available until a tracking number is provided. We will forward all tracking and shipping information as it is made available to us.
Any discontinued items purchased in an eDesign package will not receive a refund for the individual item(s) in the package or a refund of the entire package. The remedy for this rare situation is that the Client will be given multiple comparable alternate options to choose from to complete the eDesign package.
Single Purchase items that are discontinued will be entitled to receive a refund or can be used as a credit toward the purchase of another item.
It is your duty and responsibility to read each listing for specifications and dimensions and to contact us with any questions BEFORE placing an order. We are happy to answer any questions to help you in making a decision and to make sure you do not order anything that will not fit in your space. We are not responsible for items that you order that do not fit your space or size needs. Please confirm measurements before ordering.
