Shipping policy

We do not ship or deliver. Rather, we suggest designer home interior items and connect you with the various vendors to bring the design you see to life. We are not responsible for shipping errors or for additional shipping charges caused by scheduling errors or mistakes or unavailability of the buyer.
"Free Shipping" items are for within the continuous 48 United States only. Any "Free Shipping" items outside of this area may require additional shipping costs. Please contact us for a quote for items outside this area.
"Free Shipping" items are standard delivery only. This means the items will be dropped at your door only. They are not assembled or taken inside to your desired location. If "White Glove Delivery and Set Up" is desired, please contact us for a custom delivery quote. If you live in a co-op or other development that requires a scheduled delivery, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.
Please contact us with any questions BEFORE placing your order. We are happy to obtain shipping estimates for you before you place order.
Any "Free Shipping" orders placed online that do not meet the appropriate geographic area stated, will not receive a refund or cancellation for the order. Please see our cancellation policy for cancellation and refund terms. Client will be responsible for full payment of all freight before the item will ship.
We are not responsible for any additional fees for undeliverable orders. Client is responsible for scheduling and receiving all items. Client is responsible for providing preferred contact information.
"eDesign Package" items will be shipping from various different manufacturers and WILL NOT arrive simultaneously. Some items will be made to order so they may have lead times of four (4) to sixteen (16) weeks. We can not and DO NOT, under any circumstances, guarantee any shipping or lead times. These are subject to change at any time and are beyond our control.
